This is a little project i would like to do.
I hope i can make Jontron too. Then we would have the Game grumps in Final Fantasy
I hope i can do something about Noel too. I haven't worked on Serah yet, or started.

its not a bad start, but it looks a bit feminine, I suggest using someone like my hector along the lines of his hair

yea his hair looks a bit like ellen de generes.. not a bad start though.. I would also tweak his shoes cuz they look pointy like high heels rather than boots/shoes. Can't comment on clothes though since I've never seen the grumps. Good luck on your project man.
