I'd make the hair and body the same color though, I'd put it in a shade the incorporates both colors like in between

honestly, the body look good the hair could use some more work though. It needs to be a bit wilder and I, unfortunately, do not agree with Poco Loco; I think Terra in esper form needs to be feral. She's not human anymore; she's a magical beast in that form and is supposed to be frightening yet somehow still beautiful. Those who see her in this form are usually scared of how beastly she is yet they usually comment about the beauty she possesses so it needs to be a good mix of both. (by the way when I say "those who see her" I'm talking about all the NPC's that comment about her in that form)

Thank you Sutebenu, I prefer her in a more feral form too. I think I'll redo my first pose but with different arms and hair.

No, I think you should combine the ideas of both of the sprites with the coloration of the second with hints of the color of the first.
Base it more off the second, making her instead of a naked goddess playboy model and more of a idk a sexy feral? Completely throw away the first sprite as what you want to accomplish here is beauty and grace with more than a hint of danger and animalia.
Also, Terra's bust isn't that...large...
