Question on the emulator for Nintendo DS

I looked for a few sites that deals with DS emulators (possible mobile too) that allows you play Homebrew SuperNES games and Gameboy ones on the DS. I'm for a programs that allow to Use a SD card with certain program. (DS card allows to play emulated games including hacks like my hack I'm currently testing..) is there a program that allow it?

NDS emulation is somewhat slow on mobiles but there is nds4droid that exist to emulate NDS games on Android phones.

As for a computer emulator, I use no$gba, which can emulate NDS and GBA games. You can download it here

I know that DSTWO the Supercard has a SNES program in it cause thats what I have. But its not really that strong of one I haven't used it in forever I do have my SNES emulator on my Android phone and it runs mods like a champ like GI's ROTDS mod I am playing now without a hitch.
