I just discover the power of FF3usME670 Now I can edit a few sprites I couldn't edit. I did this edit on newest verison of Windows ver.7 paint and combining with some parts of TAY Cecil and using JamesWhite89's King Baron's Crown on Cecil..here's a tease of King Cecil as preview what he will look like in the end:

nice but i really cant take credit for the crwon as i just copied it from a ff4 overworld sprite lol

The only limit is imagination. And 16 colors.. I guess
