New character design, input please.....

Here is rough draft character design to fill the last playable-character slot (hidden character) for FFID. I'm looking for improvement/suggestions before I start doing the rest of the sprites.

Really, the hair is just a tad messy, it lacks any proper definition.
As for the actual design, the hair covers up most of the potential to give the character a fancy design.

Ok....Take two, adjusted the hair to give it more depth, while maintaining the messy look.....
