how about we commission someone to script out the changes with everything here in mind, then we can assign individual events to people once we've got a script.

I like the idea but this person is not me. I think the person should be a decent writer and the script changes would be submitted to the group after, just for the sake of pointing out obvious mistakes or give relevant inputs if needed.
