What is the funniest moment in FF6?

I forgot to mention the old man that goes "Magic? Phsaw! What nonsense!". He says that after the trouble Narshe got for digging out the Esper, the empire and Kefka (a magic user) invading their town, and Esper Terra flying away from Narshe clearly clearing any doubt that Magic exists.

I remember I once drew a comic where the main characters wander around Narshe and they find the old man in the distance, talking to another guy. The other guy knows small Magic and created a ball of fire with his hand, while the old man stayed cross-armed and looking away muttering the same line. It was fun.
