Patch: Wilder Randomness

I came to realize that this patch effects Flare Star's 'extra effect', whereas it becomes randomized/fluctuates in damage, and I believe Flare Star's formula would normally have it result in the exact same amount of damage each time once in battle, depending on the lowest level ally + some math stuff.

Flare Star's code has a JSR at C24116 to RNG code that has another JSR at C25236 to yet more RNG code that was altered by this patch, so it takes part in the new randomization. Just wanted to point out this small side-effect, and I'm sort of wondering if it was intentional by design or an oversight of sorts. I can't seem to figure out how exactly it is determining the damage values now, or if it's even doing the Flare Star formula correctly... sometimes the damage is lower, sometimes higher.
