What thing about RPGs do you dislike the most?

Since characters are the most important thing to me in a game, my initial thought was cliche characters.
But in actuality, what I dislike the most is nonsensical plots and poor story writing. For example, I didn't hate FF8 because of the dull, uninteresting characters. I hated it because the story was poorly written and the orphanage plot twist was terrible. Though, to be fair, great characters can will cause me to overlook bad stories (see: many games in the Tales series).
