Actually i know a way to fix that problem:
1) If ultros is attacked with steal -> call an appearently identical form;
2) That form contains a different formation with an ultros almost identical to the normal one, but this clone has nothing to steal him, there's no need to change the AI, the only downside is that you have to use 2 monsters of the list for a single boss.
