(Request) Judgement Day FFVII over Final Dungeon FFVI

The majority of what I am confused about, is where to put/what order to put/what to put the volume and such. What's needed and what is not needed. I'm a little confused about that.

Now you minimally want the tempo on the 1st channel, a volume, octave number (to start) and instrument number on all channels. The rest, mostly effects (echo, reverb, vibrato, etc..) are not mandatory.

These have to be placed at the beginning of the channel in whatever order you want, as long as they are before the musical notes.
