"Instant Death" over-rides "Miss if prot. from ailments"

Unless there are any further developments, that one seems to be working *perfectly*. Stamina and Death protection work fine on their own, and Cleave / Oblivion cleaves anything and everything except those marked (I've also decided to utilize this code for Strago's Desperation Attack).
