What's the best dialogue editor for FF3/6?

I'm not sure what the best is since I'm new at this, but I'm loving FF3usME. It's so easy to export it to a text file and make the changes there. I use Notepad++ as my text editor, which is great if you want to replace names, items, etc. in the dialog.

Well... I meant for finding dialogues that I want to change, but can't find.
