NPC Reference guide

I'm wondering if there's a list somewhere of all the NPCs in the game.

I know there's a document on the location information for each of them ( http://www.angelfire.com/al2/imzogelmo/NPCDataTxt.txt ), but that doesn't help too much with actually determining the number of NPCs in the game - I can't tell which ones are supposed to be the same NPCs from scene to scene, and I don't know what dialogue matches up with which NPC... especially between the World of Balance and World of Ruin shift.

Does anyone know a place where that information is already listed?
In particular, it would be helpful to have a written reference of which piece of the dialogue matches up to which NPC.
