What is the changes between 1.1 and 1.2 if you don't mind me asking?

For the player, none. It is only a code clean up.

I noticed sometimes with your patch updates there is no version update log, unless I keep missing those somehow.

Sorry, I don't keep a change log for my patches versions.

And also what is a .dua file that is included? Maybe that's it and I just don't know how to open it lol.

The *.dua files are used by the "Dual Patcher" program. The program can check, insert and remove patches in this format from the rom. It can also check for address conflicts between patches. You can think it as something similar to a *.ips file.
