learning new Lore magic?

Hey guys!
I am trying to learn new Lore Magic.
I thought first it would be as easy as just checking the "can be learned if cast on" box in the usME for spells like "Hyperdrive".
But it doesn't work, which makes sence.
I guess there is a set of list which magics are lore magic.
Is there a way to change that?
to adding or replacing magics?
