the colors are in a REALLY messed up order, other then that it is 95% perfect 
u greatly improved my apprentice
the only things that need some tweaking are when he blinks, looks down, when he laughs and when he is walking (the hair)
a tip 4 walking sideways, always work on the standing still version 1st (the head) when it is finished copy and paste on the other tile when his head is lowered (walking) and just adjust it downwards by 1 tile and that would keep the consistency, its not distorted 4 the record, just a bit off
as 4 the blinking, keep his face the same, the only thing that needed to be changed is the eyes
as 4 looking down add the pupils (same 4 sideways add a pupil)
but as I said the only real issue is the color distortion other then that its 95% perfect
