but i'm not yet following why that difference is meaningful here.  per C2/1158, bits set by either status should be enough to pause the Wait and ATB Timer refills.  sure, Stop will also skip C2/5A83 (status timers, Battle Time Counter, periodic damage/healing, run checks, etc) and the Morph timer.  but those don't seem to figure into this bug.
