It's not really possible to have a system that would be faster than hex editing directly for a very experienced event hacker. What can the editor speed up though, is serving as a real time memory refresher for the input command and easing the event revision for possible errors once completed with the help of the temporary disassembly. Otherwise hex editing will always be faster than clicking and selecting from menus for someone experienced with events.
