Weapon / Spell Palette Locations

This is killing me, I can't find out where these palettes are anywhere. Maybe once ff6animdata.txt held the secret, but it no longer exists it seems.

EDIT: Kind of think they're at D26000 and are 16 color palettes, which is weird since they're only 8 color graphics.

EDIT 2: Yep, confirmed. That's where the palettes are, they are 16 colors but the graphics are 8 color graphics. I assume that probably those palettes are used elsewhere.
