He spawns at 1/16 chance, just fight until he'll appear and then remember that you have to cast Crusader to make start the battle!
PS. i heard his savestates are a bit messy... the better one should be savestate #11.
Too bad you chosen classic mode: the most official and epic is the other one... Classic exists for who was playing the 1.0 version and still wanted the original fight, with only the essential updates.
