I voted Setzer. Aside from his one-and-done backstory routine in Darill's Tomb, he doesn't really have much of a backstory, despite his character seeming as if he would have tons of stories to tell around the campfire. That's what it seems like to me anyway(unless I'm forgetting some character development).
The only thing harder than finding a needle in a haystack is finding a haystack in a needle.
