Lenna Update

I've updated my Lenna that I made a while ago. It didn't take me long and I figured that I may as well since xJCSx wanted me to make a death and riding sprite anyway.

I really like how she's looking, though I feel like the palette could be a bit more unified. Some of the hair looks odd as well, particularly the "taking damage" pose.
