Odin needs a new ride!

Greetings,

I would like to get some feedback in terms of what kind of new creature Odin can ride - new ones are welcome

Fenrir would make the most sense, since they are tied into the same mythology. And wolf-riders are awesome.

This is not a project thread, more a poll about a sprite of a project already having a project thread. it fits more as a sprite suggestion so I'll move in spriting forum.

This mildly offends me. I thought it was bad enough that the FF art crew couldn't get his number of feet right. If you want to improve make the horse 8-legged.

As Gi Nattak pointed out, Fenrir is from the same mythology. Fenrir happens to be Sleipnir's brother however it is foretold that Fenrir will kill Odin at the end of the world (Ragnarok).

Please look deeper for artistic inspiration.

Thanks for the feedback! I think I'll do the extra legs for Odin's horse   and I'll have Raiden ride Fernir since it kills Odin
Maybe change the horse too - who knows!

Oh! don't post comments in my Phantom Seige project thread please! It is only for organizing my resources and general management - hmm maybe I can use the Lobo sprite...

What I'll do is make all the suggested ideas and post the sprites for people to decide a little better - I'll get that done rather quickly so soon people!

After perusing this link for a few seconds, I noticed that Sleipnir means "Slippy".  Hopefully he's more competent than another Slippy I can think of.

Well, thanks for the help everyone! I'll have both Odin added to the roster and will continue working with raiden by darkening Fenir edges and adding a moon with a skull found in one of the DS castlevania games

Have to watch TWD soon and some anime peeps - have a great weekend!
