the first one under Ultima Weapon? vaguely reminds me of the Poultergeist (one of the 3 Warring Tirad before Kefka)...with a nifty color change and some pretty cool custom stuff in the back (err..left side...?)

2nd one under Ultima Weapon? I have no clue though
