There are already bug fixes and restoration patches for the SNES version but the GBA version is lacking some.
Romhacking and this site have some patches and bug fixes, but not all are dealt with.
For example, there is no fix for the unobtainable fairy ring in the phantom train and no restoration patch for the tower of gods.

LeetSketcher has a GBA Bugfix Compilation. You can find also some on places like RHDN.
