they arent too bad, but I recommend adding a bit more shading to the clothing (particularly on the back), as for he 1st, take of he shoulder spikes, make them rounder (look @ Sabin or Vargas for the best shape of the shoulders)

I edited general Leo because he wears a coat... it was the closest thing to a suit. The shoulders give them a sense of sternness. Gentlemen never point but lawyers must not be too laid back.
