Double Character Commands/Combos or Bands

Would there be a way to either make Combo Attacks (Chrono Trigger) / Bands (Final Fantasy 4: The After Years) or have 2 or more characters attack at the same time? I.E. Johnny and Kyle both Attack (Cross-Slash), or Sara uses Fire and Johnny uses Jump Attack (Fire Sword)? This way, you could create all new abilities by Mixing and Matching Skills and commands. This would be a great help for both Gaia's Ruins and FF6 Hacking altogether!

I don't think it's possible. :/
