I am going to go with San Francisco for the win. They had a great season, the decision to replace Smith with Kapernick has proved to be a risky but effective one and if Kaepernick can perform like he has this year he can really win this one. But I'm not ruling Baltimore out of this, it'll be a great game to watch though.
