Azmyth Female Elf Sprite

This is a preview of a female elf sprite I am working on, I need some help on the forward facing sprites and I do not know how to sprite her ears really well. Some pointers and constructive criticism is needed, if it goes well I would like to put in the database. Also I need help on the pallete.

Okay well from what I can see in the side sprites I can give you three tips already:

1.) Limit colors that you use (stay with the colors allotted for different things found here: Spriting Tutorial )

2.) Use more shading

3.) There is a lot of complicated things going on with the top of her head...make it a bit simpler
