Officially going to get started on my improvement hack

Ok I had an idea, and it sort of worked...

Thanks to IPSWin I was able to find the addresses modified by the Not Scary Enough Patch:

I'm thinking that because of darkmage's patch, some data is rearranged. There is some strange data at address 0000D874 in darkmage's patch, and some other bits are changed as well.....

I tried working the fixes myself and I got that (a) You never get to see the party's sprites in battle and (b) At the end of the battle the "FLARE!!!" spell is cast by a random -invisible- party member, and freezes the game (Somehow it's pointing at the floating continent event).

So....brain is burnt for now
