DoS Damage Calculating Formula
07-29-2009, 12:26 PM
In FF1 and FF2 (Dawn of Souls), the damage system uses a different formula for calculating the amount of minimum and maximum damage dealt with each attack.
Does anyone happen to know the formula?
In example:
FF1/FF2 Flare may do 400 damage where as FF6's Flare may do 4000 damage.
I plan to use this system for my upcoming hack because of all the new items and spells and items I'm going to implement.
You'll gradually work your way up into the thousands in terms of how much damage you dish out.

No, sorry Zeemis, no clue. I love DoS though. Any idea when your hack will be done? Oh yeah, I was playing your EoD but I can't get past Narshe because Shinryuu is kind of...right there.

Your not suppose to create a new game. :p
You need to load the save and create a party with the airship. Once you have assembled a good party, head into the castle.
