I'll look into this, with snes9x. Everything's good for me here on zsnes, and the pirates song isn't over the byte limit on instruments and plays fine on snes9x, so I'm not sure off-hand. Does the song play fine after that, or does it keep glitching out?

Huh, well that's good at least. I'm not sure why it would mess up right after the opera, but I will look into it. Thanks for the report.

No problem. One more question about the sound glitch, did it make a really weird noise first, or did the song just fade to quiet?

Testing it here on snes9x, the song you battle Ultros to IS glitchy. That's the one that is glitchy at first, at least for me. You didn't notice that Mac? The Ultros battle song being glitchy first? But yes, it also effects the Pirate song as well that is played directly afterwords, until it works itself out somehow...
It's nothing to do with that song though, actually, it's the track that plays right before the Ultros battle, the 'Crowd Noise' track that I put back in. It seems it is different than other tracks and needs to have a play silence song right after it or it will mess up the following song(s), at least with snes9x, it is fine with zsnes. Real software I have no idea about, but since snes9x is more accurate in the audio department that zsnes, it might be messed up also. I really hope not though.
Anyways I got it fixed up. So expect to see a v1.4.6 soonish.
