Description
The patch applies a few changes to the offering relic, with the objective to avoid abuse of its mechanics.
When equipped, the offering relic will disable the special effects of the equipped weapons. With it, weapons with special effects will work as if they are normal weapons.
The patch also makes the weapon use its standard hit rate for the equipped weapon.
