FFVA multipatch tool

Last year, and especially the last couple of days, I have been developing a utility for applying various patches to FFVA. I'm posting here both to spread awareness of it outside of the FFVGoons Discord where the main development discussion's been taking place, but also to look at ways to add to it.

What I primarily want to be able to do, however, is to have a proper Fiesta mode where one job unlocks per crystal. I don't have any ASM or FFVA scripting experience, though; everything I've been able to achieve so far was made possible by FFVEditor or other people's work. (Including the tool I wrote to replace Neo Exdeath's graphics.)

I'm also open to other suggestions, though I don't think I'm going to be adding more randomization to the randomizer—mainly because writing a fair logic is hard and I'm not the person to write it.
