Reducing epileptic potential of Bum Rush

Awww man... I'm really sorry about that, I know it's important not to host roms here.  Well, this one has the proper .ips patches with and without a header, rather than the .ips patch and rom for no header.  I'll have to keep this in mind and sort my file directories better if I have something to share again.
