Final fantasy II nes Emperor design

Recently, I have been looking at editing ff2 nes, so far so good. Got a finished battle sprite for a character edit. Anyway, when I used YY-CHR to decompress the graphics to edit the design in. I stumbled across the field sprites area and noticed the two designs of the emperor are included! Turns out they are not just designed just for sitting on their thrones. They actually have finished sprites facing backward and sideways. Due to not remembering the living emperors colors, I posted a image below that shows the dark emperors sprites. I made the image using trusty ol pixelformer.
Sorry the image has to be so pathetically small, I'm too lazy to increase the size and repixel the blurred enlarged pixels

Lol, that's cute. I never played the nes FFs. How's the documentation on FF2, is there enough know-how to make new hacks?

for ff2 nes, theres a neat program named jade that does a lot of things, except editing levels directly and sprites directly.
