PS4 FF7 Remake

Huh? I thought you knew that... one of the funniest rumors of FF7: the Chocobo Weapon (never better that reviving Aerith with 99 tissues and shit Big Grin ) Implement some rumour and make it happen for real would be one of the best ideas ever... and so finally being able to ride Silver chocobo, going underwater in the borders of the world and fight Alpha-Leviathan and some other epic(but not pathetic) rumors... anyone is agree with that? Tongue

While I've only played FF7 once, I would always hear of those ridiculous rumors like that stupid Alpha Leviathan thing or something like that.

This made sense. Tissues have mystic properties, they are almost magical. This is so true that I'm having a tissue key item in my hack (no joke).

I did a bunch of other stuff as well, and a great source of inspiration is rumours for stuff, such as the Jenova's Claw weapon for Tifa or different chocobo colours, it's really easy to change the properties of something for a quick video as 'proof' that something is real, and make up something even more ridiculous for how to do it. xD

(I was making a My Little Pony Alternative Universive webcomic before that was much darker and more 'realistic' than the show, it incorporated some fan pairings and slightly different personalities for the cast, such as Twilight Sparkle having powerful magic, but little to no control over it (as shown in her flashback) which continued into her teenage/adult years, Celestia deemed her too dangerous and banished her under a flimsy pretense that she was 'studying' friendship.

Pinkie pie never got her Cutie Mark and was traumatized after her house was destroyed (as it does, which incidentally killed her family, except for her sister Blinkie, who grew up and ending up changing her name once she discovered her talent for music and she was accepted into a Canterlot university to develop her talents, Pinkie was dead set against it as she was her only relative and suffered crippling depression, but despite this, Blinkie left and Pinkie was left alone and miserable and is in a daily struggle with dark thoughts.

That kind of stuff.

I didn't upload the Chocobo Weapon or alot of the other stuff you'd see on some other forums there, since I didn't want it openly traced back to me as I wanted it to seem 'official'.

I though this was an interesting read, though I don't know how reliable that source can be, still an interesting read, probably more than all the speculations made here so far. That's my only opinion.

Yeah, my pessimistic mindset isn't the most plesent by any means I admit, but phrases like "appeal to the next generation" and anything in referance to being politically correct (refering to the comments in the last link regarding the beating of Aeris as being questionally acceptable in today's gaming) worry and discouage me.

Honestly they do. Also, the wording of the quotes in all these post sound like legal talk. Translated to mean "we're gonna do somethings that several people won't agree with, we know factually they will hate it, and we reserve the right to mutilate anything we want regardless if it changes the story or not".

That's what I see, I hope I'm wrong. Hopefully it will turn out fantastic and everything everyone else dreams of, I just can't see it.

That's just me though, realy don't mean to be a buzz kill about it. And I definatly don't hold anything against anybody for having hope for this project. Promiss I'll try to limit my dark predictions on stuff like this. I actually don't enjoy taking the excitement away from these things, it just happens.

New Trailer!!!

I might be the only one but I personally am extremely excited that they went with the FFXV engine and got rid of the turnbased combat system. Cant wait to see how fighting the giant "weapons" plays out in real time combat, im dreaming of a shadow of the colossus feeling *_*
