Seagull (npc) Becomes a pc

This birdy is an npc sheet iv expanded, he uses an unmodified pallet 4

Theres a slight issue with his front and back walking (he moves across one pixel on right 1 not really a biggy) since i placed him lower on the sheet then his npc counterpart this was to invoke better custom poses for spells, eyes etc. If any 1 wants to move him up one feel free it seems to bugger a few poses tho. The walking ain't 2 bad really since he is a bird and they kinda erratic anyways
