first off, that's not Novalia Spirit's (aside from a few contributions); that's Terii Senshi's and my work.

second, and more importantly, it's older than dirt. somehow, on April 1 2015, you managed to post a file identical to the August 20 2011 update of the document (aside from an added carriage return in the middle).

this is downright baffling, given both of my websites were still up in April. even if they hadn't been, http://archive.org/web/ had multiple newer copies of the Comcast-hosted C2 file.
