ROTMS

_______________

Anyway if you're talking about the moment in which Floating Continent is going to fall apart and in 1.3.1 it suddenly freeze in the area near to the only orb chest, then i have a solution for you(it's possible to seeing me do that in the last 2 segments i posted of my run)
1) make a savestate before the point in which the game freeze;
2) close the game;
3) rename 1.3 version as 1.3.1 version(hide 1.3.1 rom in another folder or you'll be sorry about that)
4) use renamed 1.3 version, load that savestate and pass beyond that spot;
5) make another savestate;
6) close the game;
7) restore both rom names
8) use 1.3.1 version, load the new savestate and keep playing;

Just close your eyes when that flashing part happens lol, you know when it happens so just close your eyes for 5 seconds until you know it's over. Finger

Maybe put on sunglasses? There are special polarized sunglasses that greatly reduce the flashing colors enough to not induce a seizure, then remove them once that event is over for sure.

I sent you a pm concerning that specific part of the game. Have you read it?

Granted, editing that line in the code to remove any flashing would be the most direct route, however, as I under stand it, simply lowering the contrast and brightness on the monitor/tv/screen is known to reduce risk of this type of problem, as well as always playing in a well lit room. Also easier on the eyes if you pull some kinda two day gaming bender.

On that same note, MSI (computer parts brand) has a program for their video cards for overclocking on the fly as needed as well as a couple quick settings to adjust the monitor display. One of which is for resting eyes which would also work as a seizure precautionary reduction setting. Just FYI, at least I thought it was a pretty nifty program.

Mac, please stop asking when it will be done, it'll be done when it's done, it's getting kind of annoying lol. I know your excited to play and that's cool, but please...

There's not much left to do at all, just a couple things.

Thanks man.
