You're sure you don't just want to use the full roster patch that the members of this community have made? You could make Mog fully playable and selectable. You could also use Hatzen's guest adder patch to make Umaro a permanent guest, since you can't change his equipment anyway. I have all of my notes for moving Umaro to slot 0F, freeing up slot 0D for Mog.
