Well, generally, mandatory battles are unrandomized(consider the Leader and Grunts fight, in addition to bosses). By this, I refer to attack scripts, as some bosses may have a different inherent status effect or elemental properties. The exception to this is the final battle, which changes attacks more commonly(and generally for the best, I've found). I've seen Sleep's Merton being replaced by Kitty, as well as Face's Quake death counter being replaced by ForceField(useless as final attack in a battle). Tools did randomly gain HyperDrive and Meteo though(thank goodness he was still vulnerable to instant death!). Anyways, it's rather unlikely(and maybe impossible, though with a randomizer, nothing is impossible(cue Shia LaBeouf meme)) that a storyline boss will acquire Meteor as a skill.


The only thing harder than finding a needle in a haystack is finding a haystack in a needle. Laugh
