Patch: Cancel Button Dash

Hi there. I've been trying to apply the NH Antipatch for B Button Dash 1.2 patch to the ROSE 2.01 patched ROM, and for some reason it produces a bug when you get a total party death. You can't get the "restart" prompt to appear after the MC crouches, so the game just hangs there. I was under the impression that ROSE would have the B Button Dash patch applied to the same addresses, but perhaps I assumed incorrectly.
