Forum Update Bug Reports / Suggestions Thread

I'm having an issue where forums are marked as having new posts when I've already read everything new. I have to click the "mark all forums read" button to clear them.

This is the regular MyBB engine behavior. I have not changed anything regarding this. I still have a hard time figuring why they went to this kind of approach. It's not the best system for the least we could say.
