I'll make this thread as a way to keep a public record of the site finances and donations as well as giving an idea of the % of total funding.

We start this with a blank book as of 2016 fundraising campaing. Here is the current situation:

I know it isn't much but I donated $5. I'll donate more next month. Smile

I updated the original post with 2017-2018 bill and updated transactions summary. This might seem confusing but we raised money in October / November 2016 for the February 2017 deadline so hosting is good until February 2019 and Domain on September 2018. SSL is due in May 2018 since it was bought the same month of 2017.

Thanks to a certain Maxfield for a donation of 20 $USD. If you're a user of the forum, I can put you in the donationalist group which gives you a nice blue name :D

I also have put up the bills paid for SSL (March, 75 $CAD) and Domain due in September (today, 20 $CAD) under the "2018" spoiler tag.

A huge thanks to @Cecil188 for a 20$ USD donation!

Since we are close to our goal, I gonna take on me the rest of the payment for the 2018 SSL and call our goal 100% completed for 2017-2018. I would suggest therefore to not make a donation if you had this in mind and wait in 2019 when we will likely raise money for the 2019-2020 period. We will change hoster so I'm looking at a 120$ total cost per year for the upcoming years instead of 180$-190$ right now.

A huge thanks to the unknown person to me who just donated 50$. I won't disclose his name in case he doesn't want to. This money will go toward the 2019 hosting that will be renewed in February.

Is it feasible/profitable to add a monero miner operating at a very low % of device resources (maybe as a pool of devices)? Optional in the user menu. I would keep it on while my phone is plugged in, provided it doesn't overheat.
