Anyways... to get back on track...

Thanks for the Singing Mountain Patch, Nattak! It's a nice change of pace for my mountain travels. Much appreciated.

But I did notice a slight flaw, though. The wind sound effect, that is part of the song, yes? It goes away if you perform an action that triggers a sound effect, such as opening a treasure chest. Is there a way to keep it from going away?

Actually, what you did didn't work, because Yuke311 posted as a guest after you went offline. But I guess Zeemis found the proper solution?

I did, and fixed it.

I'm not sure that disabling -all- guest-posting is the solution here.

I mean, there's probably quite a few people, especially who aren't very good at English, who will have a hard time figuring out the registration process. Guest posting should still be allowed for them. I don't see why we would disable that feature just because one guy decided to be a dick.

Especially since his IP is now banned... >.>;;

We've had this situation in the past. It's just alot easier to do it this way.

We aren't disabling guest posting because of what one guy did. It's always supposed to have been disabled. He just basically reminded us it wasn't fixed. So we fixed it.

IP bans are temporary. A person with an IP ban can just get on another computer and post again. I should also state that this forum is translated into other languages as well. What we say in threads ins't translated, but buttons, menus, and other essential things are.

Sorry for the super late response Justin. Your welcome, and yes that wind stopping is mighty annoying. Unfortunately there is no way around it cause its an issue of the stereo sounds fighting it out for who gets to play, and it knocks out the wind every time. But if you want I can make a patch where there is no wind, that's what I've since done in my hack and I actually like it better. It involves erasing 2 small tracks that make the wind at the end of the song data. I'll try and get it up here soon. A non-wind version of Singing Mountain. XD
