Edited verison of TAY Cecil - Micki Chiba - 10-11-2010

After 3 attempts,several editing later,I fixed the problems with TAY cecil to make him in FF6 posable.

Excellent work, I love most of the TAY characters!

I don't know if you're busy michelle, but can I request a golbez or a fusoya sprite sheet?

I'll see if I have the time to do those charaters. I also,have plans making Tellah.

It was custom palette that used from old TAY cecil I curated.
