Tempest + Quadra Slam - doofenH - 04-16-2020
Anyone know how to change Tempest code that allow it to work with Quadra Slam because that would make Cyan maybe viable during World of Balance?
Or better yet, change Quadra Slam into X-Fight property to allow held weapon base power X-fight during WOB & early WOR.
