This nerd wonders if the hack can be modified to work on my phone, because I broke my laptop. Or if someone can help me download it..

You'll just have to find an Android emulator that support 6MB ExHiROM ROMs and the hack will work. The ROM size cannot be made smaller because it use the whole 6MB.

SNES 9x EX+ I tried it out on with my Android and it seems okay, BUT, I'm pretty sure the last/latest build of 1.8.3 I made an error in the internal header of the ROM that makes it so it crashes right away for that emulator... I got it corrected though for version 2.0 which will of course be dropping soon!
